used to bill the user for products and services. The user’s
contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary
for customer service reasons. Identification and passwords are
collected to verify the user’s identity and for use as account

Shipping & Returns Policy for the Boxtorow.com Store
- Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery upon confirmation
of purchase.
- Shipping and Handling charges may apply. Shipping and handling
to locations other than the United States will be different
than shipping and handling to US locals. All rates are subject
to change. Please check rates before completing your purchase.
- DWCommunications, LLC and its service providers are not responsible
for damage to your order. If you receive a damaged order, DWCommunications,
LLC will work with you to try and rectify the situation; provided
you contact dware1[at]boxtorow.com within 48
hours of receiving your defective or damaged order.
Please note that DWCommunications, LLC AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE,
LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF: THE ACTIVITIES OF ANY VENDOR
OR SERVICE PROVIDER, THE MERCHANDISE OFFERED BY THE VENDORS
OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, ANY LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM YOUR
ACCESS OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE STORE OR THE SERVICES, OR

DWCommunications, LLC reserves the right to modify the price
of any Merchandise or Services. Neither DWCommunications, LLC
nor its service providers are responsible for any error in copy
or images relating to Merchandise, Services or tickets. Remember,
if for some reason, you do not receive the product as stated,
contact us immediately. Your business is greatly appreciated
at Boxtorow.com.
- Questions relating to the Store, merchandise and its fulfillment

- When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item ID and Description
- Description of damage or defect (Was outside box damaged?
How, where, and in what way was the product damaged? Please
be as clear and specific as possible...)
- We do not issue credits for unauthorized returns.
- We will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We
provide product description and a photo (whenever possible).
If a delivery is refused due to customer error, the purchase
price of the product will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking
fee, but you will be charged for the freight costs and the small
order fee, if applicable.
If the package arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back
to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged
package, please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s
delivery record in order to file a damage claim in the event
that the actual product is also damaged.
Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived
in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection
and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify us
of damaged goods within the first 48 HOURS of arrival, our regular
return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall
under all current manufacturer restrictions. Send an e-mail
message to dware1[at]boxtorow.com to arrange
for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
- We use the most reliable shipping methods available (FedEx,
USPS, UPS, and DHL). Some packages may be delayed or lost for
reasons out of our control. Please allow five (5) business days
beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost
or missing shipments to us.
